焊接材料CE認證

焊接材料在建筑工程行業(yè)非常常見，它其實就是焊接時所要消耗的材料的總稱，此類產(chǎn)品在出口歐盟時需要按照，歐盟的CPR建材指令辦理CE認證，不同的母材和焊接方法適用焊材也不一樣，所以歐盟針對不同的材質和不同應用的焊材制定了相應的技術規(guī)范標準。再根據(jù)這些標準進行測試，測試通過，歐盟公告機構即可簽發(fā)ce證書。

焊接成品最終應于建筑用途時，需按依據(jù)歐盟建筑建材法規(guī)Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 Construction Products (CPD/CPR)申請ＣＥ認證，此外，歐洲標準具有分類較細、針對性較強的特點，在應用時注意其前提條件，例如采用手工電弧焊接結構鋼時的焊條標準有EN499、EN757, EN499適用于材料屈服強度≤500Mpa的強度結構用鋼，而EN757適用于材料屈服強度>500Mpa的強度結構用鋼。如：通用焊材CE認證標準為：EN 13479:2017 Welding consumables - General product standard for filler metals and fluxes for fusion welding of metallic materials焊接消耗品.金屬材料熔焊用填充金屬和焊劑的一般產(chǎn)品標準。
